- Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) to make the site work.
How we use it
To generate your wellness profile, deliver your report by email, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Storage & security
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Reports are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
At any time you can: access your data, correct it, download it, or ask us to delete it — just email [email protected].
Third parties
We use Stripe (payments) and an email service to deliver reports. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Free check-in
The basic wellness check is free, so no payment is involved.
Premium report
Because a Premium report is a personalized digital product prepared by hand, it begins processing as soon as your order is placed.
- If you have not yet received your report, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]
- Once the report has been delivered, it is non-refundable — this protects the time invested in preparing it personally.
Exceptions
If you believe your report contains a genuine error or was not delivered, please contact us and we will make it right.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days.
